Currently when visiting a portal the search bar seems to show suggested tags from the entire database of images, and is not restricted to the tags/names/fields within the portal. I feel that the suggestions may be a distraction that will only disappoint people when there are no results for them within the portal.

E.g. Unsplash - search assets and add them to your Dash

Reports to show what your users are searching, and which searches rendered 0 results, so you know where the gaps are in your library, and which content to create more of.

Have an option where you can batch edit titles for files during upload and include a 'Make title's unique' button that numbers the files 1,2,3,4,5 etc eg. Beach Photo 1 - Beach Photo 2 (instead of having all files named Beach Photo)

Have an alternative, tiled layout of asset thumbnails like Google Photos, with the aim of maximising the space devoted to the thumbnail images and minimising whitespace. Would like to be able to view the images as clearly as possible.

The ability to increase and/or decrease the size of thumbnails when viewing photos would be amazing! With thousands of photos to view and add to collections for sharing on social media, clicking through individual photos one by one is time-consuming. If I could just make the thumbnails a bit bigger, I feel like I could get the essence of the photo, but the thumbnails are too small. I think all users could benefit from this, and it would make it easier to view images in a collection or album for those who have difficulty seeing.

We really need extra permissions for users to control if they can edit or delete assets.

To be able to search for and jump to a folder. Currently the process is: Search for folder nameSee folder in suggested resultsClick suggested resultSee asset search resultsClick an assetClick the folder A faster way, allowing the user to jump straight to the folder having searched for it, would be a nice addition :)

For internal and/or external users to be able to comment on assets in a collection for the purposes of collaboration

Allow admins to be able to view account-wide usage, such as: Most/least downloaded assets Most/least active users Most/least viewed assets To help with feeding back into the asset creation process, and to help identify users who aren't getting the full value from Dash.

Ability to limit the usage/visibility of certain fields to specific folders.

We have mutiple brands under our parent company and would love to be able to "Theme" each indivual portal to reflect the corresponding brand.
