  2. Account-wide asset usage reporting

Allow admins to be able to view account-wide usage, such as: Most/least downloaded assets Most/least active users Most/least viewed assets To help with feeding back into the asset creation process, and to help identify users who aren't getting the full value from Dash.

  3. Local desktop sync - access Dash from Finder

The ability to access a Dash account by browsing its folders from within Finder. This could be used for bulk uploads, and to support the creative workflow process - users could access Dash assets in their creative applications (e.g. Photoshop), edit them and save the edits back into Dash seamlessly.

  8. Restrict 'archived' assets from groups of users

I don't want my team to use outdated imagery. Moving assets to a restricted 'archive' folder means I lose the context of the folders they were in previously, or I would need to duplicate the folders under a restricted folder. Instead, I want to tag assets as 'archived' and control which user groups can access 'archived' assets. As an admin, I can filter between 'active' or 'archived' assets when browsing.

  9. Ability to provide internal support to users

Our customers often have quick questions and we often have new information to pass out to our users. We'd love to ability to embed a helpdesk to enable us to communicate with our partners with the platform.

  10. Alphabetically sort titles with single digit numerical numbers

Dash currently orders titles Beach 1, Beach 10, Beach 11 as the alphabetical sort. Unless the single digit titles are prepended with 0 (e.g. Beach 01) the order isn't numeric.

  11. Update existing assets with new versions in bulk

It is possible currently to upload a file to an existing asset as a new version. However, this has to be done one-by-one so if you have many assets to update with new versions it can be time-consuming. This feature would provide a way to upload multiple files and have them be added to existing assets as new versions, rather than creating new assets. As filenames don't need to be unique in Dash we would need to think about how a new file is matched correctly to the asset it should update.

  13. Designated admins/approvers for specific folders

A prospect would like to separate approval access based on specific assets uploaded. For example, a marketing manager can only approve uploads to a marketing folder.

  14. Be able to see/edit expired share links

Once a share has expired, it's currently not possible to reactivate it, or see which assets were in the share. It would be useful to be able to do this in case someone doesn't quite manage to look at the assets in time. It's worth noting that expired shares are fully deleted after 30 days for data hygiene reasons, so this would only apply to shares less than 30 days old.

  15. Customize Your Homepage

Instead of being hit with all your folders right away, maybe you could be hit with recent images. Or maybe you just want SOME folder. There's a whole host of things people may or may not want to see on their dashboard and customization could help make that more efficient.
