The ability for Dash's auto-tagging to be customised per account, for example managing specific tags that may or may not be added, or controlling what tags are added in response to other tags being added, or for the intelligence itself to evolve to recognise customer-specific imagery.

It would be useful to have an actual app you can download on the app store. It would be less clunky and more efficient than using a web based app. Many of our team members use their phones to download assets and post to social media.

The ability to access a Dash account by browsing its folders from within Finder. This could be used for bulk uploads, and to support the creative workflow process - users could access Dash assets in their creative applications (e.g. Photoshop), edit them and save the edits back into Dash seamlessly.

We have mutiple brands under our parent company and would love to be able to "Theme" each indivual portal to reflect the corresponding brand.

Ability to set a custom thumbnail for video assets. We share some finished projects in a portal, but all the auto-selected thumbnails are a black screen, so it’s not clear which video is which. Doesn’t need to be a high-res image or retrievable, but enough to tell one asset from another.

We have a lot of contributors who are working remotely and submitting images from multiple events, and currently we have to guess what event the images are from. It would be really useful if our team could attach this information to specific uploads with a comment or title.

If you could change the field type without deleting it and adding a new one, it would streamline that process a bit more.

It's good to track popular assets but just because something has been downloaded a lot, it doesn't mean it's in use. Asking users to give a quick explanation as to where they're using the asset means we can track what documents they're showing up in across the organisation. Also makes it easier if we change an asset to try and chase down who is using the previous version.
