Submit IdeaSmart Tagging - suggest tags trained on my images and metadata
Save time tagging images with Smart Tagging. Dash learns from your existing images and metadata to automatically suggest the right tags on new uploads. 💡 Why it’s useful: Tagging assets manually is time-consuming, especially when you’re dealing with large batches of images. Smart Tagging speeds this up by using AI to suggest values for custom fields like campaigns, product names, rooms, or content types - based on the tags you've already applied to similar assets. By making it quicker and easier to tag your assets, they’ll become more searchable - helping your team find what they need, fast. ⚙️ How it works: Upload your imagesDash analyses your assets using your existing metadataClick “Show suggestions” to see AI-generated tags for fixed-value fields like folders, dropdowns, or checklistsAccept, tweak, or reject suggestions before saving The more you tag, the smarter it gets - because Dash’s AI model is trained on your own data and improves over time.

Granular permissions - more control on users
The 3 levels of user are not enough for a larger company. Currently you have 3 account levels. Only Admin can "Move" and "Delete" folders This means teams who need to manage their own assets folders need Admin control to do so. We dont want this number of people to have full admin. Ideally we would like to be able to create groups and define individual permissions for each group - i.e. to be able to create a group and determine if they can Add, Move, Delete assets, Add Move Delete folders etc, Add Users etc. The group functionality is great - but we need finer control over the permissions that sit alongside this.

Have a better way to separate out guest uploads to be approved from other uploads to be approved
Based on a customer request. For example, at the moment, an admin might see standard "Waiting to be approved" content mixed in with guest upload links for links that weren't created by them, which gets messy. It would be good if there was a better way to separate out these two types of uploads. Or, as an alternative, the the creator of the guest upload can choose who can approve the content. Allow contributors to create Guest Uploads links
Based on customer feedback. If a contributor is able to approve Guest Upload links, they should be able to create them. Currently, this customer is having to give admin access to various users, which isn't ideal.

Give Contributor the ability to add Controlled Tags during upload process
It is annoying that every controlled tag needs to be created by an admin. Can we please have the ability to give contributors the right to add new controlled tags from the upload screen?

Account-wide asset usage reporting
Allow admins to be able to view account-wide usage, such as: Most/least downloaded assets Most/least active users Most/least viewed assets To help with feeding back into the asset creation process, and to help identify users who aren't getting the full value from Dash.
