Submit IdeaAdding watermark to assets
Hello. It would be great if there was a feature to add watermarks to images in a specific folder. Thanks Tabatha

Granular permissions - more control on users
The 3 levels of user are not enough for a larger company. Currently you have 3 account levels. Only Admin can "Move" and "Delete" folders This means teams who need to manage their own assets folders need Admin control to do so. We dont want this number of people to have full admin. Ideally we would like to be able to create groups and define individual permissions for each group - i.e. to be able to create a group and determine if they can Add, Move, Delete assets, Add Move Delete folders etc, Add Users etc. The group functionality is great - but we need finer control over the permissions that sit alongside this.

Drag and Drop to Folder
Would love to be able to drag-n-drop images into a folder while browsing thumbnails. Beats having to go through the edit window to assign different folders.

Improve PDF viewing from external users
Currently, when sharing PDFs from Dash with external users, the asset details cover a significant portion of the screen and they have to be minimised. It's not a great first impression for the external user, who only wants to read the PDF – not see any details about the asset. As a plus, I'd also consider making the Dash PDF-viewing UI a little cleaner/more up-to-date. The rest of Dash is so slick, that this looks a little tired!

Don't reset filters when typing a new search
It would be good if Dash didn't reset the filters when typing in a new search. There are often times when users enter a broad search term to find assets based on auto tags etc, then apply filters for specific information they want to filter out (e.g. brand). Then they would like to find a different piece of information using the search bar, but in doing so this clears out the filters they've applied.

Customize Filter set for each Portal
I like that Dash allows me to customize which Filters are visible, but I think there should be an option to differentiate what admins see from what portal users see. For example, some portals will only include certain types of assets, like vector logos, for which many filters will be irrelevant. I would love to be able to choose which filters are visible in each portal.

Give admins ability to easily generate list of assets and who added/deleted
We'd like to be able to easily generate a list of assets that shows: Who uploaded and date uploadedIf asset was deleted, who deleted and date deleted, and whether it's in a recycle bin or permanently deletedSpecify date range (All, or a range) the assets were uploaded or deleted We're attempting to create some of this functionality using Dash APIs, but it's expensive to program and also doesn't provide all info, like permanent deletions.

Customise field options from the upload/edit page
Currently, you need to go to Admin>Fields to add any new field options to dropdowns and checklists. By customising them on the upload/edit page I don't need to abandon my upload/edit to ensure the right options are there for me to select.

Track every time someone presses "Print" on a PDF
Raising on behalf of a customer. They help companies run fundraising campaigns. Part of this is sharing promotional material for these companies' campaigns via a portal. These companies can then download or print the assets from that portal. As these are mainly PDFs, many of these users are printing directly from the Dash portal, rather than downloading. It would be useful to count when users are clicking on the "print" button, for a clear view of how much the portal assets are being used via printing, not just downloading.

Ability to filter by # of versions
It would be great to have the ability to see which files have more than one version. That way, we can remove older versions that are no longer needed more quickly. Right now, we have to scroll through each file to see if something has older versions and it is very time consuming.
