Submit IdeaBe able to remove/toggle off default fields from Dash account
Currently, a customer's sales team is searching for a particular term, but it's the same as one of the built-in Dash field options (see internal note for more details). This means their results pull in assets that are not relevant to them. It would be good to either be able to remove these fields, or have the option to not include them when doing a search.

Native Integration with Marq (formally Lucidpress)
Marq is a web-based design and publishing tool that allows users to create and collaborate on various types of visual content such as brochures, flyers, newsletters, presentations, and more. They have integrations with several other DAMs, but not the BEST DAM, Dash. It would greatly speed up our workflow if we could browse and select assets from Dash when working in Marq. Thank you!

Be able to attribute asset download events to which collection they were downloaded from
A customer's sales team currently creates collections and sends them out to leads. Currently, they cannot see which collection an asset was downloaded from in the Dash reporting, because "public share links" amalgamates both collections and ad hoc share links (plus doesn't provide a list of collections/share links being downloaded from anyway). It would be really useful to have this, as this is a key Dash use case for this customer, and would be instrumental generally to help Dash integrate with other tools such as sales tools.

Limit bulk downloads per user to prevent unnecessary cost increases
I would like to request a feature that allows admins to set a maximum number of assets a user can download in one action. For example, an admin could set a limit of 50 photos per download. In our case, users sometimes click “download all” without really considering whether they need everything. The idea is often: “Then we have it all,” while in practice this is almost never necessary. This can quickly use up the monthly download allowance and makes it hard for admins to prevent unnecessary overuse. It would be helpful if admins could set a bulk download limit per user, user group, folder, or collection. When the limit is reached, Dash could show a warning and ask the user to reduce their selection or request admin approval. This would give admins better control and help prevent accidental overuse.

User Mangament
It is better if we can add more information on users such as the company name and country so the user management will be easier, also it is better if we can down load a list of users in specific group.

When Dash identifies a duplicate in my upload, let me review where the duplicate is.
This would be helpful, so I can edit the existing asset and add it to a new folder, without duplicating the file.

Smart Tagging - suggest tags trained on my images and metadata
Save time tagging images with Smart Tagging. Dash learns from your existing images and metadata to automatically suggest the right tags on new uploads. 💡 Why it’s useful: Tagging assets manually is time-consuming, especially when you’re dealing with large batches of images. Smart Tagging speeds this up by using AI to suggest values for custom fields like campaigns, product names, rooms, or content types - based on the tags you've already applied to similar assets. By making it quicker and easier to tag your assets, they’ll become more searchable - helping your team find what they need, fast. ⚙️ How it works: Upload your imagesDash analyses your assets using your existing metadataClick “Show suggestions” to see AI-generated tags for fixed-value fields like folders, dropdowns, or checklistsAccept, tweak, or reject suggestions before saving The more you tag, the smarter it gets - because Dash’s AI model is trained on your own data and improves over time.

Phone / mobile App
It would be useful to have an actual app you can download on the app store. It would be less clunky and more efficient than using a web based app. Many of our team members use their phones to download assets and post to social media.
