Ability for admins to view all share links created in their Dash. Would allow for better management of downloads by allowing admins to control what assets can be downloaded externally Would allow admins to control shares that need modifying if the share owner is unavailable/sick/annual leave etc Would allow admins to make urgent changes like unsharing assets that must not be public

Hello. It would be great if there was a feature to add watermarks to images in a specific folder. Thanks Tabatha

When an asset expires, move it to an archive location in admin. Give admin users the option to restore the asset or completely delete it. Also give admin users the option to manually add assets to the archive, even if there's no expiration date.

We share public share links and collections externally often, but largely only use the preset sizes internally. Those sizes likely aren't useful for external users and simply complicate their download experience. It would be neat if preset sizes could be hidden the way filters can be.

For a user & group level to share public links that they can only share public links without the never or custom date or even the 1 year. The idea is from a user & group level admin can tick the maximum time they can only share. This prevents unwanted links being shared perpetually by users without the admin seeing it.

A customer has stated they spend a lot of time manually adding product attributes via tags, e.g. colour and style. They want Dash to automatically detect what's in the title, and add this as a tag. Ideally this could be done using specific logic like, e.g IF "1452" is in title --> Add "Dog 1452 raincoat" tag to "Styles in the image" field. IF "Red" is in title --> add "Red" tag to "color of item" field

For internal and/or external users to be able to comment on assets in a collection for the purposes of collaboration

Ability to limit the usage/visibility of certain fields to specific folders.

To be able to choose a custom domain for a Dash account, such as https://ourcompanydam.com instead of https://ourcompanydam.dash.app

This would be helpful, so I can edit the existing asset and add it to a new folder, without duplicating the file.
