Submit IdeaSpecified user role for 'Approver Admin' & 'Approved by' note on assets
Each member of our Marketing team is an Admin in our Dash, but only a handful actually approve assets uploaded by users. An 'Approver Admin' user role would allow us to specify which admins receive an email when new assets are submitted for approval, instead of all Admins. Since we have multiple team members approving assets, a note on assets noting who approved the asset near where it already notes who uploaded it would help our team know who to go to with any questions about an asset.

Master bin for Admins
As it stands, any user can delete an asset, and there's no record of who deleted it, when, etc. Further, the deleted asset goes to their Bin, meaning only they can restore it. This creates an issue where Admins have no idea if/when an asset was deleted, etc. If Admins get a Master Bin, where we have the option to restore any deleted asset, that would be very useful.

Local desktop sync - access Dash from Finder
The ability to access a Dash account by browsing its folders from within Finder. This could be used for bulk uploads, and to support the creative workflow process - users could access Dash assets in their creative applications (e.g. Photoshop), edit them and save the edits back into Dash seamlessly.

Add a URL as an asset (and automatically create a thumbnail/preview from the linked page)
For example, you could paste a link to a file or document in Google Drive, a YouTube video, etc . These would then show as assets with a link to the source.

More options for collaborators on shared collections - ability to distribute share link and to easily create a new collection
Give users more control when working with collections shared by others. Specifically: Allow collaborators to create and manage public share links. Right now, only the original owner can create a share link, even if others have been given collaborator access. This makes it hard for teams to keep a single, up-to-date link without going back to the owner every time assets change.Allow users to duplicate a shared collection into their own space, especially when they don’t have edit access. This would let them create a new collection based on what was shared with them; useful when they want to build on someone else’s selection, but maintain their own version. Also useful, if they run into the problem described in 1), and they want to easily distribute the collection. Although there is currently a workaround to select multiple assets from the collection and create a multi-share link, the interface is different when sending this type of link and looks less formal/professional. Why it's useful for the customer: Makes collaboration smoother, especially for teams managing shared, evergreen content like brand assets or headshots. It ensures users can make updates or adjustments quickly, keep links consistent, and present collections in a more polished and professional way, without always needing to loop in the original owner or rely on informal multi-share links. (this would be particularly achieved by 1 )

Sort Collections List
Collections appear to be automatically sorted by Oldest->Newest. This means everytime I want to access my most recent collection I have to scroll all the way down to the bottom of the list. It would be better if it sorted with newest at the top since I'm more likely to access recent collections.

Restrict which sign-in options (local password, Google, Microsoft) can be used by a user
At present a user can choose whether they sign in using a password they've chosen for Dash, or one of the SSO options. This feature would enable admins to restrict users so they can only sign in using one of these methods - for example if a company wants all their employees to only use SSO to sign in.

Users can self-register a new user account
Instead of (as well as) admins having to invite users manually, this would offer the ability for users to register their own account. This could include things like: Register button on the login page Admin approves new registration requests

Give admins ability to easily generate list of assets and who added/deleted
We'd like to be able to easily generate a list of assets that shows: Who uploaded and date uploadedIf asset was deleted, who deleted and date deleted, and whether it's in a recycle bin or permanently deletedSpecify date range (All, or a range) the assets were uploaded or deleted We're attempting to create some of this functionality using Dash APIs, but it's expensive to program and also doesn't provide all info, like permanent deletions.
