  1. Be able to view and manage active embeddable links in one place

As embeddable links are chargeable on storage/download-based plans, it would be helpful to users to be able to view all active embed links in one place, and to be able to open/delete them. E.g. this could be a tab in the Your Shares page.

  3. Use Title field for filename when downloading original assets

When you download the Original option for an asset, the filename will use the Title rather than the original filename.

  4. Access custom download options from front page of share page

Currently to access the custom download options (e.g. preset sizes, social media sizes, custom sizes) on a public share page, you need to open up the specific asset first, and this is not made clear to users. This change would make it possible to access this menu from the main share page.

  5. Ability to edit asset filenames

Asset filenames are currently protected and cannot be edited. There are a few reasons for this, mainly relating to ensuring customers can always re-download the original asset in the form it was uploaded to Dash. However it may be helpful in certain situations to be able to edit the filename. One example would be where the filename contains information that is meaning the asset is showing up in searches where it is not desired.

  6. Allow Basic user roles to add tags

As admins we can only add so many tags when uploading and also this is true for your inbuilt AI, but when users are searching for images they may see images and think of good tags that should be added. Is there a way for users to add tags that maybe need to be approved by an admin before they go live? Or maybe a tag admin rrolre

  7. More branding options for shared collections

It would be nice to have additional options to improve the branding of shared collections so they are intuitive and enjoyable for users. For example: Creating a form of welcome screen, like you have in portals Adding a welcome message

  12. Account-wide asset usage reporting

Allow admins to be able to view account-wide usage, such as: Most/least downloaded assets Most/least active users Most/least viewed assets To help with feeding back into the asset creation process, and to help identify users who aren't getting the full value from Dash.

  15. Phone / mobile App

It would be useful to have an actual app you can download on the app store. It would be less clunky and more efficient than using a web based app. Many of our team members use their phones to download assets and post to social media.
