When we add a new version, the date added still shows the original date added date, not the date the most recent version was added. This is confusing and makes it look like the asset is out of date.

To be notified when a user who have groups assigned uploads an asset. Right now, there is the option to approve uploads before they go live, but it would be great to only notify the admin users of choice to check.

This would be helpful, so I can edit the existing asset and add it to a new folder, without duplicating the file.

Ability to set a custom thumbnail for video assets. We share some finished projects in a portal, but all the auto-selected thumbnails are a black screen, so it’s not clear which video is which. Doesn’t need to be a high-res image or retrievable, but enough to tell one asset from another.

The ability for guest uploaders to be able to add additional information to uploads, to help Dash users identify and categorise uploads for future use. Information could be tags, or specific fields, or just choose a title.

Currently, SVG images are displayed in a fixed size in various places in Dash, including on the home screen and in the asset details page. Given SVGs are scalable in nature, a good improvement would be to have Dash scale the SVGs to the optimal size depending on how they are being displayed.

It would be neat to restrict file types (i.e., .zip). We get many photographers uploading zipped folders to our upload links, despite telling them they don't need to.

Currently after upload the view reverts to showing ALL images in my portal. My recent uploads are there as it shows in 'Date added - new to old'. However if I want to share those images straight away, I have to either individually click and select the photos one by one OR using the folders, navigate to that folder and do 'select all'. Would save a bit of time if the view stayed stayed within that folder and I could share immediately.

Currently when you enter a new search all the filters reset. But a lot of the time I want to conduct the new search with the same filter parameters. Its a bit frustrating have to always enter the same filters with each new search. Maybe a toggle switch that allows us to keep the filters with each new search.

All the guest upload links are currently in one long list. We work with a lot of external creators and now the list has become unmanageable. It'd be great if we could just organise the different links into separate folders so its easier to manage.

For internal and/or external users to be able to comment on assets in a collection for the purposes of collaboration

Allow admins to be able to view account-wide usage, such as: Most/least downloaded assets Most/least active users Most/least viewed assets To help with feeding back into the asset creation process, and to help identify users who aren't getting the full value from Dash.

Ability to limit the usage/visibility of certain fields to specific folders.

We have mutiple brands under our parent company and would love to be able to "Theme" each indivual portal to reflect the corresponding brand.
