Folders cannot be shared. Currently you can only select all. files within the folder and share as a multi-assets share links. This means that all the new assets added to that folder will not impact on the link that I share, so I need to do the "select all+share" every time I want to share my library with clients to make sure it's updated. At the moment, users that seek to download a folder, need to select all assets and then these will be downloaded as a .zip - sub folders also do not get included. It has been requested to have the ability to quickly being able to download a folder and subfolders, instead of going level by level.

A customer may have assets that are due to become valid on a future date, but they want to upload the new version in advance, rather than waiting for the specific date it becomes valid to upload. It would be good to be able to upload the new version in advance somehow, but for it to only become the latest version on a specific date that is set by the customer.

Currently, the only way is to do this is by manually editing, or exporting/importing via a spreadsheet. It'd be good if there was somehow a way to do this quicker via the front-end, at least for fields that might be quite similar, e.g. take all tags from a Controlled Tags field and move it into a Checklist field. This would help customers save time when re-organising their assets and getting to grips with different field types. If they change their mind and decide there's a better field they could be using, it removes a barrier to them actually making this change which could be good for their account.

Currently, you can only add text or dropdown as field option in thumbnail view. It would be good to be able to add more field options, such as controlled tags, as often a customer will already have a field set up that they want to assign here.

The 3 levels of user are not enough for a larger company. Currently you have 3 account levels. Only Admin can "Move" and "Delete" folders This means teams who need to manage their own assets folders need Admin control to do so. We dont want this number of people to have full admin. Ideally we would like to be able to create groups and define individual permissions for each group - i.e. to be able to create a group and determine if they can Add, Move, Delete assets, Add Move Delete folders etc, Add Users etc. The group functionality is great - but we need finer control over the permissions that sit alongside this.

At present a user can choose whether they sign in using a password they've chosen for Dash, or one of the SSO options. This feature would enable admins to restrict users so they can only sign in using one of these methods - for example if a company wants all their employees to only use SSO to sign in.

At the moment there's no control over which email notifications I receive as an administrator. This is will get unmanageable very quickly so it would be great to be able to switch certain notifications on and off.

When generating more than one portal following the same base customisation (colour, logo etc) this would be an easier way to action than making + customising several manually.

For internal and/or external users to be able to comment on assets in a collection for the purposes of collaboration

Ability to limit the usage/visibility of certain fields to specific folders.

This would be helpful, so I can edit the existing asset and add it to a new folder, without duplicating the file.
