Option for share links in collections or portals
We want to allow some nonusers with collection or portal access to share Dash assets with subsidiaries and partners. Right now we would have to make them users in order for them to share asset links.

In a portal search bar, restrict the search suggestions to only those that apply to assets within the portal
Currently when visiting a portal the search bar seems to show suggested tags from the entire database of images, and is not restricted to the tags/names/fields within the portal. I feel that the suggestions may be a distraction that will only disappoint people when there are no results for them within the portal.

Improve quality of folder cover images in portals and in Dash internally
Currently, when uploading an image as a folder cover, the quality is reduced. This isn't ideal, especially for client/partner-facing portals, where the image resolution needs to appear of good quality.

Ability to control/configure the filename of a downloaded asset
When providing assets to certain retailers, they can have specific naming convention requirements for the files you supply. The ability to construct a filename from other field values and suffixes/prefixes (a bit like in Photoshop) would help automate this.

Enable hyperlinks/rich text editing in portal welcome message
Currently, the only way to add a link is to display the full URL, which isn't visually ideal. It would be good to be able to hyperlink, perhaps via rich text editing, which would allow other customisation options too.

Be able to remove or edit the globe icon from portal welcome message
It's currently a bit unclear what this globe icon represents - it'd be good to be able to remove it entirely or be able to add a custom logo.

Be able to add another logo in portal headers
This will allow customers who are working with another brand/partner to have their logo side by side with their brand/partner's logo. One way to do this could be to increase the pixel area from 300 to 600.

Customize Filter set for each Portal
I like that Dash allows me to customize which Filters are visible, but I think there should be an option to differentiate what admins see from what portal users see. For example, some portals will only include certain types of assets, like vector logos, for which many filters will be irrelevant. I would love to be able to choose which filters are visible in each portal.

Expiry date on portals
Currently we offer expiry dates on share links and collections, but not portals. It would be useful to be able to have this, as customers want to be able to control/limit distribution of their portal share links, for example when sharing sensitive information that they want to make sure isn't available indefinitely.

Duplicate portals
When generating more than one portal following the same base customisation (colour, logo etc) this would be an easier way to action than making + customising several manually.

Give option for users to download jpgs (low res/flat files) but not originals
Right now I have a portal that is view only, which is great because I do not want users downloading the PDFs, layered PSDs, or high-res files from my DASH. However, I I have no objection to my users downloading a med/low resolution flat files. Several of my users would really benefit from being able to download these for their own work, and this feature would be a huge benefit since going in and changing all of my files to be flat and low res so that I can give people full download access would be an absolute nightmare.

Hide the asset download count in portals
The global download count is irrelevant to portal users and may prevent them from downloading content from the portal if they believe their organisation has already heavily utilised it. Concerns it may create confusion for our partners.
