Submit IdeaProvide full list of of download events on "download activity" page
Currently, in the "download events" section, not all download events are shown - they are cut off at a certain point for visibility. This means customers have no way to access this data, which they might need for their own reporting, e.g. if they're tracking asset downloads as a marketing KPI internally. It would be good if we could either a) give an option to list these all, perhaps by adding paging b) provide an export

Set thumbnails for videos
Ability to set a custom thumbnail for video assets. We share some finished projects in a portal, but all the auto-selected thumbnails are a black screen, so it’s not clear which video is which. Doesn’t need to be a high-res image or retrievable, but enough to tell one asset from another.

Drag and Drop to Folder
Would love to be able to drag-n-drop images into a folder while browsing thumbnails. Beats having to go through the edit window to assign different folders.

A 'Download All' option for Folders and all subfolders in it
When sharing the asset library with a customer, there are some folders that have a lot of subfolders, containing assets like images. I want to be able to share the main folder and have a customer download the entire thing with the subfolders intact. Most asset storage sites have this already, so i feel this is a no-brainer. TLDR: 'Download All' entire folders with subfolders included.

Keep video hover preview when selecting multiple clips
When hovering over videos, the motion preview is a great feature. However, this gets disabled once you start selecting clips to share or take action. This creates friction and makes it difficult to curate a folder or build a shareable link efficiently. https://www.loom.com/share/4eefb6c587c44a9f8db99afb739ff426

When Dash identifies a duplicate in my upload, let me review where the duplicate is.
This would be helpful, so I can edit the existing asset and add it to a new folder, without duplicating the file.

Smart Tagging - suggest tags trained on my images and metadata
Save time tagging images with Smart Tagging. Dash learns from your existing images and metadata to automatically suggest the right tags on new uploads. 💡 Why it’s useful: Tagging assets manually is time-consuming, especially when you’re dealing with large batches of images. Smart Tagging speeds this up by using AI to suggest values for custom fields like campaigns, product names, rooms, or content types - based on the tags you've already applied to similar assets. By making it quicker and easier to tag your assets, they’ll become more searchable - helping your team find what they need, fast. ⚙️ How it works: Upload your imagesDash analyses your assets using your existing metadataClick “Show suggestions” to see AI-generated tags for fixed-value fields like folders, dropdowns, or checklistsAccept, tweak, or reject suggestions before saving The more you tag, the smarter it gets - because Dash’s AI model is trained on your own data and improves over time.
