Submit IdeaRestrict which sign-in options (local password, Google, Microsoft) can be used by a user
At present a user can choose whether they sign in using a password they've chosen for Dash, or one of the SSO options. This feature would enable admins to restrict users so they can only sign in using one of these methods - for example if a company wants all their employees to only use SSO to sign in.

Be able to view comments on an asset that were made during the approval process
Posting on behalf of a customer. When dealing with multiple vendors who have been working on assets, it's useful to be able to track the requests and edits a particular asset has been through. For this reason, this current customer is hesitant to move away from doing approvals via email because in the email thread, they're able to see all the asks and edits. The use case for this is related to this idea - being able to view previous versions of the asset in Dash.

Be able to view previous versions of an asset in Dash, rather than just the ability to download
Posting on behalf of a customer. When their team is collaborating on assets, they want to be able to view the new version vs the old versions of an asset side by side. This helps them to quickly and easily compare the assets to ensure the requested edits were made, and made correctly. Based on the same use case as this idea - be able to see what comments were made during the approval process, so that there's a way to track the requests and edits a particular asset has been through.

When Dash identifies a duplicate in my upload, let me review where the duplicate is.
This would be helpful, so I can edit the existing asset and add it to a new folder, without duplicating the file.

Phone / mobile App
It would be useful to have an actual app you can download on the app store. It would be less clunky and more efficient than using a web based app. Many of our team members use their phones to download assets and post to social media.

Smart Tagging - suggest tags trained on my images and metadata
Save time tagging images with Smart Tagging. Dash learns from your existing images and metadata to automatically suggest the right tags on new uploads. 💡 Why it’s useful: Tagging assets manually is time-consuming, especially when you’re dealing with large batches of images. Smart Tagging speeds this up by using AI to suggest values for custom fields like campaigns, product names, rooms, or content types - based on the tags you've already applied to similar assets. By making it quicker and easier to tag your assets, they’ll become more searchable - helping your team find what they need, fast. ⚙️ How it works: Upload your imagesDash analyses your assets using your existing metadataClick “Show suggestions” to see AI-generated tags for fixed-value fields like folders, dropdowns, or checklistsAccept, tweak, or reject suggestions before saving The more you tag, the smarter it gets - because Dash’s AI model is trained on your own data and improves over time.

Local desktop sync - access Dash from Finder
The ability to access a Dash account by browsing its folders from within Finder. This could be used for bulk uploads, and to support the creative workflow process - users could access Dash assets in their creative applications (e.g. Photoshop), edit them and save the edits back into Dash seamlessly.
