  1. Allow line breaks in Welcome message

Currently, when adding line breaks to the Dash welcome message, these do not actually show up on the user's end (screenshot below). It would be good to be able to have this, especially for users that might have a longer message, for better readability.

  2. When Dash identifies a duplicate in my upload, let me review where the duplicate is.

This would be helpful, so I can edit the existing asset and add it to a new folder, without duplicating the file.

  4. Admins can view all share links

Ability for admins to view all share links created in their Dash. Would allow for better management of downloads by allowing admins to control what assets can be downloaded externally Would allow admins to control shares that need modifying if the share owner is unavailable/sick/annual leave etc Would allow admins to make urgent changes like unsharing assets that must not be public

  5. Discard multiple files at once from the upload or approvals page

From the Uploads or Approvals pages, there's currently only a 'Discard All' button in the top right. It would be useful if that button was contextual, and gave you the ability to 'Discard selected' when you make a selection of multiple assets. Currently users are only able to discard assets individually (via 'discard file' thumbnail button > confirm dialog box). This can be time consuming when you'd like to quickly discard multiple files simultaneously (i.e., similar photos of which you only need one).

  6. Turn off user's abilities to make share links

Happy for users to make collections to collaborate internally, but would be good to be able to limit their ability to share assets externally from within Dash.

  7. Search bar to find image collection titles

We have so many collections, instead of scrolling endlessly to find what we want, it would be great to have a search bar for the collection to find the titles we want.

  12. Account-wide asset usage reporting

Allow admins to be able to view account-wide usage, such as: Most/least downloaded assets Most/least active users Most/least viewed assets To help with feeding back into the asset creation process, and to help identify users who aren't getting the full value from Dash.

  15. Phone / mobile App

It would be useful to have an actual app you can download on the app store. It would be less clunky and more efficient than using a web based app. Many of our team members use their phones to download assets and post to social media.
